Is my data really private?
Yes. Files are encrypted on your device before upload using AES‑256. With zero‑knowledge encryption, we never have access to your content — only you hold the keys.
What happens if I exceed my storage?
Nothing is deleted. You keep read access to all files and can upgrade or free up space at any time. Uploads simply pause until there's room.
Can I use Wolke on multiple devices?
Absolutely. Free covers 2 devices; Pro and Business include unlimited devices with real‑time sync across web, desktop and mobile.
How does file sharing work?
Share any file or folder with a secure link. Set view or edit permissions, add expiry dates, and revoke access whenever you like.
Can I recover deleted or older files?
Yes. Version history lets you restore previous versions, and deleted files stay in trash for 30 days (180 days on Business).
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account settings. You keep access until the end of the billing period, then automatically move to the Free plan.
Where is my data stored?
In ISO‑27001 certified data centers with EU data residency by default. You can choose your region on Business plans.
