Your privacy is the core of Wolke. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the control you have. Because Wolke uses zero‑knowledge encryption, the contents of your files are encrypted on your device and are never accessible to us.

1. Data we process

  • Account data: email address and authentication details, to create and secure your account.
  • Encrypted content: your files, stored only in encrypted form. We cannot read them.
  • Usage metadata: minimal technical logs (storage used, device type) to run and protect the service.

2. How we use it

To provide the service, secure accounts, prevent abuse and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal data or use your content for advertising.

3. Storage & retention

Data is stored in ISO‑27001 certified data centers with EU residency by default and kept only as long as your account is active, plus a short grace period after deletion.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time, and object to certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.
